Each teacher is committed to helping children understand how to share with others, solve practical and relational problems, and get along with and make new friends.

*We have three levels of education and experience for our staff at the Early Learning Center. Classroom Aides have limited experience and are not left alone with the children until they reach 2,000 hours of experience. When an aide reaches 2,000 hours of experience they become an Assistant Group Supervisor. At this point they can be alone with the children and can become a lead teacher. Our highest level is a Group Supervisor. Our Group Supervisors have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
